Let me take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to consider a donation in support of the 2025 West Portsmouth Little League season. WPLL has proudly been providing a healthy and supportive youth sports experience through coaching and instruction of our area kids for many years. Our program is a non-profit organization focusing on the development of player skills through an instructive environment, establishing the values of teamwork and commitment, as well as encouraging positive community involvement. Your generous sponsorship dollars/donation means so much to the players and other volunteers of this league.
We have approximately 225-275 players participating each year in the following divisions:
T-ball (4-5 years old)
Coach Pitch (6-8 years old)
Minors/Pitching Machine (9-10 years old)
Majors (11-12 years old)
Senior League (12-14 years old)
Enclosed is a form to be completed with your sponsorship information or donation and a W9 tax form for your records. You may also mail the donation form along with a check or money order made payable to West Portsmouth Little League to the address provided below.
We now have a new feature on our website making it easily accessible to directly make your donations online. Go to www.wplittleleague.com and click “SPONSORSHIP” to make the donation of your choice. We hope to see your business logo with a link directly to your website on our homepage along with our current sponsors. We would like to have all sponsors in place ASAP to have banners and team shirts made in time for Pee-Wee Night and Opening Day festivities.

“BASE HIT” DONOR $150-$550 (These donors will be recognized on the WPLL website and social media. The donations will be utilized to purchase necessary field maintenance equipment, player safety equipment and other seasonal needs.)
“BANNER SPONSOR” $250 [New Banner] $150 [Existing Banner] (Sponsorship includes a 3X6 banner with the sponsor business/name/logo placed on the outfield fence at Doc Singleton Park, recognition on the WPLL website, acknowledgement during Opening Day Ceremony* and encouraged patronage by the WPLL community.) Banners are reusable for up to 5 years.
“TEAM SPONSOR” $350 (Sponsorship includes the sponsor’s business/name on a team’s uniform, recognition on the WPLL website, acknowledgement during Opening Day Ceremony* and encouraged patronage by the WPLL community.)
